In the beginning there was Mark. Then Siena came along in 2019 to fill in drums for a DIY show. And when they needed a bassist a week before tour in 2022, Liv came along. Now in 2026 Cole came into the picture completing the current and final form of Pocket Full of Crumbs. Balancing between Mark’s solo output of music and the writing with the full band, the four piece “indie rock” project comes together to create songs that are nostalgic yet sometimes emotional. Their most recent release In My Hands | Hold a Lucky Cricket” (2024), was released on Cherub Dream Records, with a new album in the works. Pocket Full of Crumbs is currently based out of San Francisco.

San Francisco is the crucible for songwriters Desi Valdez and Bridge Gamble to forge a new American underground. Influences from the four cardinal directions are baptized in the dew from the Sierra Foothills. Decades of exposure on the surface coalesce and pressurize under tectonic Muff weight. Rhythms of locomotives tumble across the plains. Raymond Vivas resurrects the buffalo goddess. Beneath it all a beast shifts in the oceanic trenches. Hayden Kellam dowses for El Dorado. Middle Earth. An angel descends from Shasta and is captured in glass in an old Spanish town whose name has changed enough that even the old timers forget what they called it.
